First class USPS 3-5 business days in the United States.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days. As soon as the order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not business days. The 2-3 day projected ship time will start on the following Monday.

We ship all orders via USPS.

I am having problems with tracking my order.

After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and the package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure USPS will not make another attempt for delivery.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please attempt to intercept the package with USPS by visiting www.USPS.com or email hello@elevatdfemme.com as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Unless product arrives damaged and unusable, Elevatd Femme does not provide refunds nor exchanges for any of its products. At its sole discretion, Elevatd Femme may replace product proven to be lost by USPS.
